In 2018 she became the first woman to be president of the organisation, having been vice-president from 2014 to 2018. She was re-elected in 2020 for a second two-year term as president Minette also runs a 300-acre tenant farm at Downton near Salisbury in Wiltshire.

Under the tuition of Jo Taylor, in this workshop you will be able to create serving dishes either by slab building or throwing on the potters’ wheel, and decorate them with coloured slips. Slip decoration is one of the most expressive decorating techniques. This workshop will let you go wild and be free using your vessels as canvasses for expressing your creative energy.

You will be able to cover hand building techniques such as pinch-pot making, coiling, slab building as well as work on the potters wheel.
