Join multimedia artists Sonia Leber & David Chesworth live from Melbourne during their latest exhibition ‘What Listening Knows’ & ‘Myriad Falls’.

Artists Sonia Leber and David Chesworth create compelling audio-visual installations using video, sound, architecture, objects and recorded performance. Their latest project ‘What Listening Knows’ is an immersive multi-screen installation filling the barn gallery at Messums Wiltshire and a result of our first artist’s residency in 2019. This work is being shown for the first time and will be exhibited alongside their 2017 work ‘Myriad Falls’.

Sonia and David’s work experiments with how humans reframe and manipulate their experience of the world. They are particularly interested in to how the ‘act of listening’ can inform us in a very different way to visual perception and their work investigates this disconnect.
