On Friday evenings the galleries will be open for an event or just for a chance to see the current exhibition and the Mess Restaurant will be open for supper too. So grab a drink, browse around the the tithe barn and Long Gallery then sit down to a delicious supper. The menu will be designed by our new evening chef Ana Ortíz.

Ana completed her chef training in London but her heart is wood fired cooking inspired by her South America roots. Her ethos is to use only the very best seasonal ingredients from local suppliers to create vibrant, fresh dishes.
