This course is intended for those potters who are embarking on their kiln firing adventures; for those who are thinking about purchasing a kiln or have one already and would like to become more familiar with the best and safe practice of packing and running it. During the morning our technical expert Andy Glass will explain the basic principles of packing and operating an electric kiln and you will have ample opportunity to ask any questions you might have to get you started.

Bring: apron, pencil, notebook. Please wear closed-toe shoes.
